The Offline Registration can active the IMPRES Battery Fleet Management application without access the Motorola License server web address at https://licensing.motorolasolutions.com
The Offline registration process has a preparation procedure to get your computer's Host ID and then to provide the Host ID with a valid EID to Motorola Customer Support Team to obtain your license file (*.bin). The license file can be used on this computer only.
You can process the Offline Activation once you have your offline license key file.
Offline Registration Procedure
